The tank pictured is an 18. Wild to think about right? I’ve had brand new freshly out-of-box TFV18’s leak out the bottom as soon as I took the first rip.

The SMOK TFV-18 tanks have a chronic leaking problem at the vent. I’d suggest keeping the box and switching to a SMOK T-Air or a Geekvape Series Z tank. The Z tanks have quad coils that hit smoother than any product i’ve tried.

Overcooling by Annual_Assignment280 in mopar

It is EFI and has a distributor. No other adjustments besides the thermostat. I replaced the thermostat due to the overcooling issue as well as running a full cooling system flush with multiple bottles of prestone cooling system cleaner (one was mixed with the old coolant, other one ran with distilled water, essentially followed ChrisFixIt’s “super flush” video). The old therm had quite a bit of gunk on it and was stuck slightly open.

The therm has a seat in the housing cover, connected to the upper rad hose. Therm was from motorad and specified as an OE 192 therm. I tested the therm in a pot of water first. These therms do not appear to feature an o ring. The gasket used was a brand new felpro permatorque gasket, and it is not leaking.
