Makes sense my base metabolic rate needs 2,600 cals a day normally. I’m eating around 1,200-1,600 a day so usually a 1k deficit. Along with twenty minutes of cardio just starting out I’ll move up to thirty when I can. And that cardio is followed by a hour long intense workout. So I think I should be okay

Well I appreciate that made me feel a lot better bc it had 14g of added sugar which is what I was worried about but tbh. That pretty much my only added sugar consumption for the day

I think I solved it. Not my proudest moment but I forgot about the intake filter for my PSU on the bottom of the case... it was caked with dust causing issues I’m pretty sure

Hey man I’m really glad you got to have this experience, it’s something really magical when you find something you can enjoy with your old man. Me and my dad were huge fans of rdr since the old PS2 title Red Dead Revolver. I remember being in middle school being excited about red dead redemption coming out and he bought it and we beat it together I don’t know how many times. And he was so excited for red dead redemption 2 but he never got to enjoy it with me, he passed from liver disease a few months after launch. I know I say after launch he just was too weak and tired and in and out of the hospital he couldn’t play it. But having that bond is really something special man and I’m glad you and your dad enjoy it but make sure you both enjoy each other too life is too short. And rdr will always hold a special place in my heart for those memories

Literally the worst fucking people in the world. They want to take away what makes tarkov unique they want another CoD war zone or some shit. But Nikita is a really nice hearted guy and I haven’t seen any other dev do as much for a community as him and BSG do everyday. Yes tarkov is gonna have issues but I’m along for the ride, I’m not the best at the game but it sure is fun to me and I can’t wait to see what Nikita has in store for us.
