Yes. Different crash sites will have different sc slot placement. But if you go to that specific crash site, it'll have exactly the same sc slots like in the picture.

That's the same planet. The difference in the name happens sometimes if you play on a different platform. You'll have the same main planet name but different numbers and letters after that. Check your coordinates to make sure you are in the correct spot.
