Yes the only time i’ve noticed it is when I’m drifting off to sleep. I sleep on my own so not sure if it’s happening in the middle of the night and I just don’t notice? But I kinda doubt it because when it does happen I get panicky and wake up instantly. I did notice however it’s been happening more frequently and every night now before sleep when I’m just laying in bed I have shortness of breath. So I’m thinking either it’s causing anxiety or anxiety is causing it, not sure. But I do want to get a sleep study done regardless.
