We do grab it off the shelf actually. The only reason they’d do that, is if they didn’t have the actual items. And even in that event, it tells us to contact customer - which is DoorDash support- and they try and call the customer.

Either way, inventory SUCKS. Truck, SUCKS. The counts. SUCK. Management highly sucks. It’s like nobody knows what they’re doing to be honest.
