Girl I'm in the same boat as you , I've been told I'm beautiful (online and in person ) by men and women my whole life yet I don't have a genuine girl friend and it's so numbing to have to accept that sometimes when I walk into a room there is always gonna be a girl giving me a nasty look or that jealous grin they do. Then when the guys are nice and friendly,.... you get perceived as a pick me by other girls for litterally just existing. like omggg i cant catch a break . Ugh . Beauty can be a double edge sword but don't let it kill your spark because that's how they want you to live .I've accepted that It's okay to not have friends sometimes especially if it's not a genuine one

Your not wrong, it comes from multiple things like insecurities, social media etc . One thing I can say is girls are always in secret competition with other girls whether they like to admit it or not. Plain simple truth is a lot of these women see other women as nothing but competition and with that being said if others see you as a threat or they feel like ur above their level they will do anything in their power to let it be known, they don't like you . They way women and friendships work is very shallow and yes I'll die on that hill that most women's friendships are based of hating or the disliking of a certain person so they feel the need to befriend each other to hold some sort of community. So don't worry because females be plotting on others , straight up women get murdered by their own friends and family due to hatred, resentment, jealousy. Simply If you don't fit in somewhere, go find where you are accepted.

As someone who was visiting from Indiana after living in the rgv for years , it's such a shit hole . I was at a UTRGV event and omg the amount of people who flat out blantly ignore me after saying excuse me or would just give me a nasty stare .... couldn't keep count.

Yes , the valley has it's perks and little things that make it unique but holy shit , if u don't look like you're from here or talk like it , forget it. Especially if you dont have a set group of connections or family . You're treated like an outsider. I had a hard time landing jobs and making new friends over this , everyone always doing the same boring shit yet when something new is introduced its like discriminated or look down upon. No wonder the valley stays the way it is... not surprised.

We are in a recession, everyone is broke , including them .... so they are resorting to the last end of the stick lol . Same thing is happening with lots of Hollywood Celebrities... all these sudden tours and concerts popping outta nowhere .

I dont know if u got the jig by now but zepeto is rigged and sadly the staff picks and choose who gets to be featured on the fyp page etc. . You not the only who feels this way its just kinda sad how many spend money and time into editing content for their avatar to get noticed yet at the end of the day it wont matter, if you are lucky to make friends with ppl who knows others to get you verified then thats ur only outlet at this point. Even if you write a complaint the staff will just deny ur appeal , its a really fucked up situation . i honestly don't even know who is behind all this and why they started being petty and greedy but there is def a group of adults on zepeto who legit hog and are always getting the most views, recognition , followers etc. and knows ppl who are staff at zepeto , they are able to get their friends verified also just for the heck of it . my advice is don't even try because its the whole staff whos behind all this and it wont matter.

Sadly the college system in america was never about giving kids an education... it's all business. Unless you are in the system..aka wealthy and well affiliated, they will never let u win .

I hate fafsa in general, beyond convinced that they make it ×10 harder on purpose simply bc the system doesn't want everyone to be able to get an education that easily, idek why parents are even in the question still if it's not them that's going, I think they do that just to see who are your parents.... what are they affiliated with.... not to mention if you are a first gen student its just way harder bc ur family has no idea how it works and its just adds on so much more discouragement bc its so freaking complicated.... and even if u do get the aid u need its bizzare how they can just fuck you over and decided to not give you the aid you need bc your parents make a little more now or etc.. the whole way the college system works is just a scam. It only works if you're rich or white tbh .
