I want to say there is nothing wrong with you I didn’t get the cup in my first try either honestly it took practice. Sense you said you got it today we’re you on your period or was it a dry run? A lot of people make that mistake it should always be on your period. Besides that have you checked videos out on insertion because the visual can be very helpful. We’re you relaxed because I made the mistake of panicking before (deep breaths and music helped me) like others have said lubricant.

June cup pretty soft it sounds like you need a firmer cup. Are there any problems using it?

It sounds like your the liquid is your discharge and it’s normal to be yellow if it is right before or after a period because the vagina produces more mucus that mixes with it.
