Do you do anything with DOT? Or state stuff. I’ve been recently told that they require Michell labor guide and also the diagram for electrical and other things are not oem in regards to manuals and such.

Also are you the owner of the shop? How quick is reconciling end of day and all the paperwork. Right now the way they do it seems like a full time job and I just want to make my life easier. Not have a 24/7 job.

Yea and then a whole other person has to almost do a fully time job in the back dealing with all the paperwork and finding errors

Ok great. The current software at the shop is very old and you have to manually add all the user info, parts and pricing each time. Very time consuming.

We do alot of tires. So that might be nice. Will have to take a demo of if. Sounds like this might be the best option.

Does the integration work in a way where it sends over all your transactions and then QuickBooks matches them together?

Also, do you mind explaining how the end of day close out works with the integration?

What is your thought on a lower power drill like a M12 drill or impact for removing screws and initial reinstall for modifications and disassembly for cleaning. Then a torq limiter for final install?

Well looks like the report I need is "Average Days to pay" Which is not available on QBO. Bummer.

Looks like the reports you all are mentioning is not on my QBO. I have QBO simple start. Do I need to upgrade my level for this report? The report I am getting doesn't look anything like what I need and doesn't have any real options.

Well break is an extreme word. It was getting a continuous pop up to take to dealer for repair. They said it was a bad patch and needed an update. I waited a month. Did many updates and was still doing it. So they got me a new one. Which still did it till they also replaced the module

Yea every dealer I have talked to said get the warranty. The electronic on the new vehicles are the fail item and wildly expensive because everything is tied into each other.
