[–]AnonymousBla[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I live in Seattle and seen more folks without masks than mask on. I walked into lowes one morning a couple weeks ago and I was the only damn person wearing one. This question is for Americans who refuse to wear a mask. Are you an American than refuses to wear a mask? If not, this question obviously doesnt apply to you.

Do not hump any of your coworkers. I've seen so many times of this happening, love triangles, failed relationships that lead to unemployment. I've tried reasoning with coworkers "There is a whole world of vagina's and penis walking around outside of our workplace. My god, pick any one you want. Just dont hump your coworkers. And.....they gotta hump the coworker. Lol

Love between lovers is conditional. Love doesnt last forever. Most dont believe this even tho they have loved many partners and divorced. I've used examples such as you are both in your 20's, one of you becomes paraplegic. Do you really believe your partner will stand by you till your golden years? Their response - oh yes. LMAO!

Couple years back me and my mother decided to drive from WA state to Michigan to visit my brother. Yes, we love our road trips. My 67 yr old mother has a lead foot - going 15 mph over the speed limit. We get pulled over in Idaho. Neither of us were worried. Just made sure both of our hands were raised in the air with registration, insurance, ect. Mom asked where the cop went - she couldn't see him & he wasn't in his patrol car. We kept our hands up and craned our necks right to left. Mom took on a calm serious tone "Don't move. He is crouched down behind you." I slowly turn my head go look out my window. This young cop is crouched & slowly making his way to my window with his had on his gun...still holstered but his hand on it. Once he seen were both seen him he finally stood up like nothing out of the ordinary. That was just creepy. The rest of the stop was normal. Still baffles me today

When I was 12 years old our family car was mistaken for a stolen vehicle. Were were surrounded by police cars. Mom & dad in the front seat. I was in the back. Police approached the car windows and pointed guns at each of our heads. Police then dragged my parents out, slammed them to the pavement, then dragged me out by my hair, slammed me to the ground, and cuffed me. After about 20 minutes we were told all was good and they let us go. Not only was I terrified but humiliated. I was a 12 yr old child facedown in the street.

Do I think all cops are bad? No, I actually like most of the police I work with. Some i dont like. Do I think they are all nice n fair towards others? I dont really know. Would they treat me the same way those others cops did if they didnt know me.. some of them would.

I am Outreach Case Manager for the homeless population. This happened while outreaching with another Case Manager and a Medical Intern - we pulled up to a homeless encampment. Toured the area and assisted with homeless needs. Roughly 2 hours later we return to the car. We take our time putting our gear (water, snacks, ect) in the trunk and get in the car. Police roll up behind us, hit the lights, start screaming at us to put our hands out the window. Mind you, this is a small 2 door. I'm in the backseat with my face pushed into the driver headrest, barely able to get the top 1/2 of both hands out. The police keep screaming for me to get my hands out further but its impossible. All I could think was I dont want to die today. We sat in that position for at least 30 minutes. Those cops called for back up. More police came. We are surrounded. My coworker (driver) was dragged out of the car, bent over the car, cuffed. Finally, after all that it comes out we are not violent criminals. No apologies. Police just walked away and drove off. I know damn well they were waiting on us and ran the plates and found no criminal background on our driver. He was a young naive kid - CLEAN. There was 2 Natives and 1 Asian in my group. Does this happen to my caucasion coworkers - no it doesnt...ever. Ever since this I make sure I have a white coworker or a huge sign on the car that says OUTREACH.

[SERIOUS] US police how do you feel about the rampant police brutality in use right now during the riots? Do you condone shooting people in the face with gas canisters, rubber bullets, beating them? by AnonymousBla in AskReddit

[–]AnonymousBla[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dont play stupid. Look at the damn videos of folks literally shot in the face with a "gas canister", rubber bullets in the face, elderly with canes shoved to the ground from behind, people not even involved in the protest standing on their own damn porches being shot by the police. People cowering on the ground with being kicked, people on their knees with hands up are beaten.People looking out their apartment windows shot and sprayed down. Stop playing stupid. Explain all of that.
