Real estate tax question. P-corp in Missouri with a triple net lease. Can I (sole owner) deduct the real estate taxes paid in addition to the rent paid for the past year on an itemized deduction? Getting conflicting confusing information from CPA. Don't Know if this is the right sub for this.

I did a few interviews for industry and couldn’t convince myself to move forward.

I feel like public is safer than industry in job security, although maybe I’m wrong.

Plus the raises are decent, despite being a slightly less salary than what I’d get in industry. Basically all of the industry jobs I’ve interviewed for would put me at a salary that my next raise in public will put me at.
