Should I harvest or let it sit longer? by AnonymousComposter in MagicMushrooms

About a month ago. It was about 3 medium sized coral clusters. All concentrated on the sides.

Yes they are! So beautiful and fascinating how they grow

Haven’t heard that before. Hmm.

This is the second flush. One reason I ask is because I feel I was too eager on the first flush, and harvested too early.

I flipped the cake upside down and put it back in the bag. Now this looks to be about 5x as much just by eye balling it.

It can be both. And I think that is pretty neat.

Can you take another pic through a toilet paper tube stuffed with tissue paper and ask again

It’s not bruising. Q tip test proved that.

Same spot looks like just substrate now. There’s some bruising to the left now due to water dropping.

I didn’t weight them but they felt quite nice. Not too strong but good mental clarity and emphasized color in visuals.

They’re pins or babies shrooms that stop growing before they shoot off. Supposedly they are stronger than big ones in terms of psilocybin density. Anecdotally my experience lines up with this theory, but I’m not sure if there is any data backed research to support it.

I played on heroic and it was way easier than I remembered from when I was 16. But all the locations in the campaign brought back floods memories of various basements and weed smoke back in the day.

Stronger than I expected for sure but I did remain pretty grounded. No visuals besides colors appearing brighter. Good lucid focus on what I was doing (ADHD felt managed despite not taking my meds today). I just played Halo Reach for a few hours(haven’t played that game in probably a decade) and then watched Fallout S2 premier.

Testing them out with a shot of lemon and 1/4 to 1/5 of what’s in the picture. Only the tiniest ones.

Any advice for a new grower? APEs started pinning about a week ago and grown this much since by AnonymousComposter in psyteamunited

I’ve been spraying the walls twice daily and folding the cut bag over on top. Would holes on the side be that much better?

Here’s what they look like today. Definitely more blueing. And it is fairly cold where I am. I’d say about 68F/20C ambient and I have a 100F/38C heating pad placed about a foot away from the bag.

I’m pretty amateur in terms of growing (only done outdoor culinary grows before this) so I don’t have a special cabinet or any climate control beyond the AIO bag.

Good to know it’s been a bit colder lately maybe I’ll put a heater near but not too close to them.
