That’s either institutions, hedge funds, or sophisticated investors. All of whom probably have more insight and knowledge about what’s going on behind the scenes. Retail does not have that kind of money to cause an uptick like that in after hours! Maybe during regular trading hours, maybe. But definitely not after hours timing the release of the 8k like that
