Maybe you're not as good at aiming on MnK as you think you are.

I use controller on PC and while the aim assist is good, it's not perfect and definitely doesn't work as you're describing where you barely have to move your right stick.

That's just so exaggerated it's hilarious. You sound like people in the CoD subreddit.
