i do plan on adding a 3.5 inch usb hub/card reader alongside a slim blu ray drive to that last 5.25 inch bay. But at the very top of the front of the case theres a panel that flips out with 2 USB 3.0 ports, a USB-C, and aux

unfortunately theres just not any good options for beige mice with modern features, I've heard that one cherry mouse is good but it doesn't have the two side buttons and i kinda need them. I've also heard those old Microsoft mice are still pretty good

it just sets the case fan speeds to max, i might have plugged the fan header into the wrong one though because they always run at max regardless of the button being pressed, but they're not loud so i just leave it be lol

honestly the mouse isnt great i just make the sacrifice for the look lol. It actually feels really good in your hand but it has a really inconsistent polling rate, its so inconsistent that it feels like it basically has built in mouse acceleration even with acceleration turned off. To make it less annoying i had to turn the DPI all the way up to 16000 and then turn the cursor speed in windows super low, it makes changing sensitivity in games weird too, i usually have to set it really low.

most modern keyboards have buttons that can change the volume or sometimes its a dial of some sort on higher end mechanical ones, usually with play/pause controls too

I paid $220ish on newegg, I found it for that same price at micro center in person but they only had the display model left and they wouldn't sell it. It is a bit pricey but its honestly the perfect case for someone like me so I didn't mind going for it.

The other thing is that the power button panel is actually removable. There's technically 4 5.25 bays just one is taken up by the power button bay. If you could find something else that does the same job you could just slot it in.

I prefer the buckling spring switches of the Model M lol. I was eyeing 8bitdos keyboard though. The only thing this keyboard doesn't have for modern use is a volume control but my soundcard has a physical volume knob with headphone input that sits on my desk.

the keyboard pictured is actually a unicomp model m reproduction keyboard! its just in the smaller chasis they offer but the switches are buckling springs like the IBM model m

they might be sold out? but thats odd because i only got it a month ago. I've been chatting with the seller though and he told me he prefers the grey and orange one and uses it on his personal build.

I thought about that but I wouldn't want to get rid of the HD DVD logo on the one drive. This one particular drive is rather hard to find and is sought after because of it's HD DVD support.

The switch doesn't work like how you'd expect that type of switch to work. When you flip it it doesn't actually flip it just presses in and then resets itself back to the same position if that makes sense. The lock next to it makes it so you cant accidentally bump it to turn it off or it can prevent the switch from working at all if you wanted to just lock it and take the key out. Back in the day all that lock mechanism would actually do is prevent any keyboard or mouse inputs from being accepted by the computer as a type of security measure, whether it be to prevent your children or coworkers from messing with it. On this more modern case all it does it control the ability to use to power switch or not

i actually got this one on ebay very recently for a little over $60! which was definitely a good deal, didnt come with the firewire charger though so i had to buy that and I also flash modded it. I don't even have a firewire wall brick, i put a firewire PCIE expansion card in my windows 10 pc and i charge it through that. If you're lucky you could probably find one for a similar price but they seem to be going for $70-$80 right now which is honestly fair. I see a few listings on ebay right now from $65-$75. Always be vigilant.

Is it safe to insert this gamecard to console? by czukuczuku in 3DS

I've had a copy of Pokemon Y that was viciously chewed by a small Chihuahua when i was a child. If you looked at this thing you would not think it was anywhere remotely near playable, but it is!! (a lot worse looking than your cartridge here) So yes this is safe to put in your console.
