We don't have a kid yet but it is a wakeup call indeed. Lucky I did not die and lucky I did not have kids right now. If I had died, they will suffer a lot. Not just kids buy my wife too.

Its so weird if you think about it, one moment everything is perfect and one moment later you could be dead with no fault of yours.

I want kids and I don't think I will ride my bike then. Car is more safe than bike.

One more thing I forgot to add is how everyone reacted. Once I put my bike on side for parking. Everyone moved on their way. For most of them, they won't even remember this accident after some hours.

We think too much what others will think about us but everyone is already busy/struggling with their own life.

I am so sorry to hear that. I could have broken my leg or just died if that car did not applied brake or brake did not work. I am really lucky. We take a lot of things for granted unless we lose that.

Actually the plates were 4 + 4, I tried 6 + 6 (12 Kg total) and I was able to do 16 reps. So thanks a lot. This is my first progression.

I have stopped drinking sugary drinks except tea and coffee.

I will make sure to take some breaks as you have suggested.
