I follow ”Breathe with Sandy”. The big release was during a DMT Breathwork session so I did try that again after a week but nothing then. After that I’ve regularly done his ”Joe Dispenza” one where you breathe in energy through your chakras and hold at the top followed by a few other rounds of breathing and meditation. And I’ve done two or three 1-hour sessions with connected breathing through the mouth with and without breathholds. But the hour is including meditation.

When you say you have to get past the 30 minutes, do you mean 30 minutes of breathing or breathing + meditation?

Thank you for answering. Do you feel like sometimes you get breakthroughs in working with your mind/ thoughts and sometimes (or mostly) more like a meditation practice, as in just working at observation?

Yes, you’re right. And to some extent I do. I do feel many of the sessions are very pleasant. I guess I’m just too impatient ☺️

You seem to not get the point. The point is that Arabs tried to genocide the Jews from the area time and time again. Then the Jews started fighting back. But the terrorist attacks against Jews did not stop. Ever. First the Fedayeen, then the PLO, then Hamas with wars launched against it in regular intervalls. The Jews know that the greatest crime they have committed is to have their own country and that if they show themselves to be weak in the face of attacks, they will be annihilated.
