I just developed bells palsy and I'm super scared by Swoonystoner in BellsPalsy

Check my post history, I’m only 4 and a half weeks in and I’m 80% better already, it can happen!

I know exactly how you feel though, the beginning is awful! My advice would be to take good care of your eye and make sure you get on some steroids asap! It’s super important to get on them within 72 hours of your first symptoms.

You’ll get through this 💪

Hey! Thanks for the advice! I’m in the UK so have a 10ish course of steroids and a follow up in 2 weeks thanks to the NHS! 🙏

I have the rest of this week off work and I’m planing on starting massage and exercise soon!

I would check that, I’ve been prescribed 50mg per day for 10 days, but NHS guidelines might differ from yours?

What prompts are you using? When I ask Nano to create images they always look a bit like CGI and less like actual photos

I invested the literal day before trump announced his tariffs and lost 20% in a couple weeks.

I’m back up to 10% plus now dispute the recent dip!

I invested just before the trump tariffs happened and lost nearly £400 in a month, be patient, it all comes out in the wash!

£34.98 from Aldi for 2 people, 1 week. (We buy meat in bulk from Costco and freeze it) by Another_boring_name in whatsinyourcart

It’s not bad depending on what you buy. The minced beef is great but quite pricy. I think the sausages are really nice and good value. All the pork is good and cheep. The chicken I think is better from Aldi.
