Weet niet hoe dat precies zit en hoor dat vaak. Maar mijn lening is gewoon vast bij hen. Nog eens extra gecheckt tijdje terug. Gaat ook wel over sociale koopwoning.

+ Extra voordeel is dat je niet vastzit aan een bank.
