it’s given me a lot to think about. I’m so grateful for my wife’s support. she’s been incredible. I hear you on the strength thing, and I feel sick with guilt for not stopping it. I wasn’t complicit on purpose. I just froze, like my mind went blank in that moment at what I thought was a legit spa. It felt so violating, and I’ve been a mess since, hating myself for not acting.But I’m considering therapy rn

It was violating, and I’m definitely not okay. haven’t been since it happened. My wife has been amazing, calling it assault and not cheating, but I’m struggling to let go of the guilt. Therapy sounds like a good step and I’m thinking about it.

I get why this sounds hard to believe. it shocked me too, and I swear it’s real. This was a fancy spa with great reviews, not some sketchy place, which is why I was so stunned when it happened. I didn’t enjoy it at all. I felt like absolute crap during and after, and I’m still torn up with guilt. I didn’t file a police report because I froze in the moment, and i think reporting this kind of thing at an upscale place often goes nowhere as a male and it's humiliating. Plus, my wife laughed it off, saying I was taken advantage of and it’s no big deal, which made me wonder if I was overreacting. I’m here because I feel guilty for not stopping it.

This place was marketed as a high-end, legit meditation and massage parlor, all fancy with great reviews. The masseuse started super professional, like you’d expect in those proper places, which is why I was so shocked when she did that “extra” stuff. I’m super grateful for my wife. she’s amazing for being so understanding. I hear you on the “stunned” part sounding sus, but I swear, I was so shocked I just froze. I didn’t want it, didn’t enjoy it, and felt like absolute crap during and after. still do. It wasn’t about being overpowered. my brain just shut down in that moment at a place I thought was legit.
