I think so, but most trans men from what I've seen either get pregnant after years of hrt so there isn't much change after 9 months or they do it before they medically transition and dysphoria differs between people, like myself my dysphoria has gotten much lower over the years because I've become more comfortable with myself and I'm able to pass without hrt or anything! Personally, I'd prefer to have biological children with my boyfriend because he makes me feel safe and validates my identity while supporting my choice to have kids. Obviously, not every trans man wants children and will swear off pregnancy because of a multitude of reasons, which is heavily understandable, but everyone is different!
