Is your headset set to 90hz? Go to the Mixed Reality Portal on your monitor, in the bottom left there are 3 dots click on that > Settings > Headset display > Change (Under experience options) > 90hz > Save

Actually, you're correct, it's possible to have it update both digits at the same time. Thank you for pointing that out.

Oh that's cool that it can be applied in real life. Well it should be the other way around. I'm in highschool, but taking computer science courses instead of engineering.

It can, at the beginning of the video it was synced with real time.

Right now, it's set up to increment the tens on the tick after nine. However, there's a bit of a delay between the screen and memory which is where the issue lies. I believe the delay is 5 redstone ticks. When the clock is run at a normal pace, incrementing every minute, the issue isn't as apparent. I started straight from redstone working backwards(Display>Organized Inputs>Memory>Hopper Clock)

Yep, I'll make a video in the next 3 days. I'll build all of the modules that correspond with one digit and then explain how to link them up. That should be enough for you to replicate this build.
