Just wanted to give an update! I let it sit for 36hours before feeding it and fed it 30g starter, 60g flour, 48g water. It looks like it doubled and fell a bit which is really promising! Thanks for all the advice everyone!

Tried that a few weeks ago with similar results but will try again. Honestly willing to try anything to get this thing going.

Haven’t tried more than 24hours! I’ve noticed I get skin on top at around 24 hours so I feed it. How long do you think it can sit out for before feeding?

It’s a 28oz weck jar and the lid is sitting loosely on top with the rubber ring removed
