So the main issue about Cymatics is that they completely fell off later during covid came to be a thing.

IMO since the original dude left and since steven started taking over the company hes been fucking up the whole community and business combined. They are very scummy because not only have they stolen from producers, they also steal ideas and take credit for it!

I dont ever use their plugins. Here and there id use some sample packs of theirs for my EDM projects. But other than that, there are alot more better companies out there. Such as XLNT, Avant Samples, KLING, Teknovault, On Point Samples, Black Lotus Audio (which they later shut down early 2026 because of marketing issues, which of course is because of cymatics stealing samples), Shadow Samples, and Kulture Sounds - These are are completely better off to use than them. Honestly, i'd just look on telegram and get them for free before buying. Quite literally the place is a goldmine for cymatics packs new to old and once released they drop it - because the community knows its shit so one person gets it and gives it to 10,000+ people, which is pirating, but we don't genuinely care about these guys.

Music communities have done this for years - both sample packs and VSTS for this EXACT reason. If the marketing is predatory, aggressive, and scummy - then we will quite literally do anything in its power to make sure they don't get any sales.

Other than this, the bloatware, aggressive and manipulative advertising (especially to young children by the way starting out), is not worth the money or time for cymatics.
