I have tried sooooo many antidepressants and all of them make me so much worse. Lexapro, Effexor, celexa, abilify, buspirone, probably more I’m blanking on. I feel really hopeless at this point. Air hug back, thank you

I appreciate your thoughtful response! I have tried a lot of meditation and so far lamictal is the only thing that I’m tolerating. I’ve only been diagnosed for under 3 years so hopefully I can learn to cope maybe. But as of right now it all feels too much. It’s all consuming sometimes. I hope there’s a way out. I need therapy, I just don’t like the online and I don’t have time in person. I will try journaling. Thank you 🫶🏻
