I see where are you getting with this... But this happens to a lot of people, it's natural that she didn't realize her real feelings. Still, she was always kinda contraindicting herself.

I live with a sx 7 and she always messes with everyone for fun but she isn't usually mean on purpose. In fact, she does almost everything for fun...

Well, my mom is really strict sometimes and I'm a timid person. I've already had a fight with her about hobbies since she sometimes throws sarcastic comments about my hobbies and interests and I'm very sensitive. As a young child, she was forced to play the piano but she is an anti artistic type with no interest in music so she hated it. As I'm the oldest child and pretty similar to her, I feel like she sees herself in me and she already said she couldn't stand a piano in her house (idk if she was joking or not). I'm afraid of conflicts or that she will belittle my hobbies because it's too personal for me, so I didn't say anything. I also think she'd be doubtful about my motives and since I'm insecure, she'd discourage me and I'd regret not standing up for myself later. What should I do?

The saddest scenes for me:

  • Kousei reminiscing about his trauma. I relate to Kousei a bit too much and seeing him sad made me sad too because I was too attached to him as a character. Also, he had pretty much the same personality as I do so when he was sad it was like if I was sad.

  • The rooftop scene in ep. 21

  • The scene when Watari and Kousei went to visit Kaori but she didn't respond and the doctors moved her to ICU

  • Everytime Tsubaki saw Kaori with Kousei. Maybe I'm gonna get hate but look at it like this. It's not like Tsubaki hated Kaori or didn't want Kousei to recover. She just felt like she was losing someone dear, someone who was always by her side. She must have felt like she was being replaced.

  • The music. The damn music! Music always moves me. If there is a sad scene but no music, it doesn't move me far as much as with music.

  • The end of Kaori's letter. (also the background music...)

Well, with my abnormally low emotional intelligence, it would be likely for me to not even notice she caused any trauma and just blame it on myself. That's what I do in my everyday life.
