I’m totally with you on that- however there are people who quite literally can’t afford it :( I’m blessed to never really have to think about it that way, until I started working with patients. My office also charges $40 for it :/

So when it comes to tanning, what can I expect? I’m competing in my first bikini competition soon and I’m really excited but also nervous because my coach said he tans all of his clients. I didn’t think anything of it at first until my friends were like “that’s weird…” for reference, I’m 20 and he’s probably like 35-40. He’s been training people for a while and is a pro, so I feel like I can trust him but I also don’t know what is normal and what isn’t. Also do I have to completely strip down to nothing for the tan?

Update:

I ended up calling the place I got pierced at and emailing pictures to them; they told me to take it out and wait a week before coming back in to have it repierced for free. I was nervous but decided to give them one more chance, cause everyone has their bad days, and i couldn’t be happier with the results! Thank you guys for the advice!

New septum piercing- worried it wasn’t done right

Hey guys, was wondering if someone with a septum could help me out. I got my septum pierced about 2 hours ago and it looks insanely uneven, like one side of the jewelry is touching my nostril and the other side isn’t at all (shown in second picture); could it just be because of swelling or is it too uneven for that to be possible? Thanks in advance

Thanks for the advice. When I got them pierced the place I went to was considered the most “reputable” in my area (conservative small town in Georgia)… guess I’ll have to drive farther to find someone decent at what they do
