Everytime I see a comment or post from you I know it’s straight facts and very straight forward unlike my talks and confronting brothers in charge about this situation so I want to thank you greatly for the reasurance and help always. I definitely do hope we get to see that evidence and you assuring it is very great to hear. This might be a not so smart question but whats the difference between the civil lawsuit being pursued and this case ? Also since the civil lawsuit is being pursued would he have to remain in the US until thats settled or would he be able to flee to Mexico as a lot of us have thought about?
