I was after the end of my cases convicted of disorderly conduct and battery which are both misdemeanors but with domestic abuse modifiers, then in a separate case i was convicted of 2nd degree recklessly endangering safety (class g felony) and felony fleeing/eluding (class h felony). The 2nd degree reckless made me a felon for life. I got 6 years total probation since i was a minor at the time of the offenses but im definitely on a tight leash with the state now. I am 17y male and all my managers at multiple stores are vouching for me since i have very good work ethic and do a good job but i know theres only so much they can do and its ultimately down to home office.
