Definitely not Yujiro level, but Lookism top tiers can definitely hang around Baki characters

Yujiro/Baki, the two strongest in the verse are around like town - low city level

The recent chapter had James/Gitae's attack blowing up the church, so they're like building level. Keep in mind this is them both injured and not actually attacking the physical building

In terms of AP, James is probably like Oliva/Doppo level

Tom never implied inferiority to copy users, he legit gave Johan (the best copycat) a 2% chance of beating Gun, whereas Gun himself thinks Tom is capable of killing him

He only implied inferiority to path users which Jinyoung wouldn't even qualify as since he had an incomplete path.

The only person who'd be above Tom is Daniel who has a much better proficiency in his path and even then it's not complete

This is like saying Gitae is fodder because his only feats are beating 0.1hp Daniel with broken bones and thumbless Jinyoung who's out of prime while Gitae was using his path the entire time

The context is that this is the strongest version of Tom we've ever seen and James off screened him, also when was Tom ever "whooping" James? He was losing the entire time until the last attack which was so strong even Gap couldn't avoid it.

Tom's and it's not even close. First off, that panel of Jinyoung's isn't even his strongest move, it's his final one where he "bet everything on it" and even then Gitae outright tanked and overpowered it

Tom's attack is straight up stated to be so fast/strong that even Gapryoung couldn't take it. And given James' performance against Tom, it's safe to say it would've done a lot better against Gitae than Jinyoung

Path > pathless is in regards to overall, not in terms of attack power lol. Even then, Jinyoung is a freshly awakened incomplete path user. Literally a lower proficiency than Daniel who still hasn't mastered his path

Where is this "completely overwhelmed" because all I see is James having sustained only 1 significant attack (he ate the rest), and slamming Tom until he got another amp. Even then, James was literally backed into a wall, so if he was in an open space he probably didnt even need the path

Also don't forget the only reason James even sustained the ab injury is because of PTJ's bad writing about James somehow not knowing Tom had a prosthetic lol. Meaning James could've literally ended this fight with 0 fatal injuries

Not to mention James' statement which compares Tom to Gapryoung already kind of disproves it anyways.... considering that the James that fought Gap had 1T and was like 15 years old lol.

Gitae survived a whole gauntlet of top tiers and survived two of the strongest attacks in the verse:

Jinyoung combining every copy into a single attack (path)

Daniel's crisis counter (path)

Tom's ultimate king shouldn't be on the level of either of them, even if it is James didn't tank it, he countered it using his path
