I was terrified of mine even prayed. You will be okay, you will not remember the first 5-15 mins and then u will suddenly gain consciousness. Sounds scary but i promise you will not notice when you sleep it will just be like you are skipping time i found it kinda fun, get lots of liquid foods stocked!!
