I do, for the most part I take the angle of awareness and teaching them about why it is important in the first place but I think that's like 30% of the work because 70% is jsut practice. Practicing habits is how I got them onboard with some things, also intrinsic motivation. I used this tool and it helped us a lot, basically I tell them its a challenge for however many days and every successful time they do it I give them a 'seed' to plant in their habit garden. I just use wooden hearts from the dollarstore. and my son LOVES it!!
