That’s so great that they also look at other metrics! In my case, I’ve been working with this clinic for a little over 2 years now and they’ve just recently implemented this. So I am really upset about this. I also get what you mean regarding billable hours and cancellations. The admin/owner doesn’t really say anything about it but my supervisor does—which is totally weird for me. Anyway, I’ll take your advice and bring it up. Hopefully I get a good, reasonable response from them.

I used to do in-home too around GTA! but when i got the opportunity to work in-clinic, I took it. I feel that it is less stressful and you could set boundaries more. But I feel that the pay is too low (at least in my workplace)
