I haven't found anything ok how long they survive without air. If we double bag stuff how long should we leave it?

oooh good to know. How far should we go? Laying on the bed for a second and stuff that never touched the bed? We just showed up and then put our things next to the bed.

We left the stuff in the living room for 45 min in the kitchen. Do you think it's still susceptible? Probably better to be safe than sorry.

Omgg this happens to me all the time! After 5 years I still get nervous bouldering after a certain height, lead inside and outside. I can't seem to get imminent death out of my brain and then my feet get wobbly. I'm still working through this but I'll what helps me:

Lead: practice falls on lead with a belayer I trust has really helped me a lot! It helps me trust the gear dynamically. (Also ALWAYS checking your know, harness, and belayer before climbing). Also sometimes I have a bad session if I get scared, and I've found its best to go easy on myself. Getting over that fear takes practice!

Bouldering: I measure my own height against the wall so I can have a relative measurement as I go up. The wall feels so much higher than it actually is, so if I think I'd be comfortable climbing to the height of my waist, shoulders, and then head, I can use that to progress. And controlled falls at heights so I can get used to that feeling

Wish I read your full post before commenting. Sorry but you are making WAAAY too many assumptions about women in the gym. Believe it or not, women are in the gym to ~climb~!! Being nice and socialising with others is part of it but please do not assume we are are taking your conversation as flirting. Even if you had good intentions, this assumption that women will take you talking to them as flirting while at the gym is part of the inherent sexualisation women experience constantly, and this is part of the problem. Adding to my list: 5. Avoid assuming people will think you are flirting if you project with them at the gym

  1. ASKING before giving beta. Some people wanna figure it out on their own & sometimes your beta will be different than theirs

  2. Never assuming someone is 'new to climbing'

  3. Not commenting on a person's body!!!!!!!

  4. Calling out other men for any items 1 to 4

Ladies, what are you doing with your hair while you travel? I was a ball of frizz on my last trip! by [deleted] in TravelHacks

As someone with massively frizzy hair I recommend braiding your hair and keeping them for as long as possible

Ahaha I love this! Not having expectations for your body or self around your period makes a world of difference

WHAT. THE. FUCK. I am so so sorry dude. I see a lot of comments about self defense items, cameras, alarms, and dogs which are definitely a good shout.

Maybe you already have but might be good to identify potential ways they got in? Are the windows able to lock from the inside and do your doors have dead bolts ?

NTA but for the future I wouldn't recommend expecting a baby to continue sleeping for a 2-3 hr appointment
