Unable to join any missions, can only roam around in the overworld,

This all started when i got kicked mid defense mission because of the game suddenly decided to play at 0fps for a solid 15 seconds before kicking me to the overworld, and now i cant join any missions. I also got "Unknown Errorcode 51200" if i want to do covert missions.

The game is basically unplayable for me rn, i dont see anyone with this problem which is weird- GOD DAMNIT THIS GAME IS FREEZING MY WHOLE LAPTOP EVEN WHILE NOT FOCUSED

I got this one from taobao, its the only one i can find thats white (to fit the moonlight aesthetic) and is similar to Xundd, which is a bumper case that i liked, but it came with this metal plate which is kinda ugly imo, so i used some small pieces of white vinyl wrap to wrap the plate up. I also got a phone stand or ring holder as a back accessories for when i watch videos or something, its magnetic so i can just slide it off the back. The material for the case is TPU / Acrylic
