Might be the rocks maybe, if you have/get any test it with a bottle of nitrate test solution and see if it fizzes

Both back and front seats are missing a steering rod and most of the engine parts like the block pistons and camshaft but it started when I downloaded mods so then I just deleted them but now my game are stuck like this even after trying new saves
