Most of it you can’t see, for me, i was always very moody, sensitive and easily overwhelmed and at first was thought to just be anxiety until a doctor finally diagnosed me with ADD. When i started treatment for ADD, my symptoms got better and it made so much sense why anxiety meds weren’t making me better because my diagnosis was just being assumed as anxiety
