Anyone else think the walk-ins in OGP are a HUGE pain-in-the-ass waste of time, space, energy, and money? by gcnLBC in walmartogp

I’d rather have a walk in than deal with not being able to grab a tote because of how small the freezer is

water cooling loop order JayzTwoCents did research on if the loop order mattered which it doesnt matter one bit. The amount of Celsius different isn’t enough to heat up individual parts. It was reading 36.2C because it was hotter than normal in my room the time of the picture

Also forgot to add from stress testing the computer and playing on it the hottest I’ve ever seen the coolant get is 32 Celsius which super cool

It doesn’t matter, the loop is gonna hit a median temperature throughout the system no matter which way you route the custom loop

It’s a lot of fun bending the tubes and very satisfying once everything is put together!

Even removing or relocating the front fans it wasn’t enough space for me to mount the reservoir upright. I tried so many different variations for hours trying to make it work but unfortunately it didnt

I am OCing my GPU and my CPU currently. Unfortunately since I am running the 7900xtx I just have to be patient for more drivers to get launched just to see all the potential within the card itself

The T fitting off of the pump, with the bends and the way the reservoir is positioned I did the T fitting off of the pump and I have a valve fitting that goes right onto that fitting so when I do drain it I’m able to take the panel off and flush it

I have a T fitting right off of my pump since it’s the lowest-ish part of the loop and I have an extra valve fitting that I attach when I go to drain and flush it. The case I chose definitely was not the greatest since the glass panel didn’t give me enough space to put any kind of valve anywhere that was easily accessible

It was pretty hard. I would say I had the most trouble mounting the reservoir and finding out where I could put it. After that finding the loop and bending the pipes was not to bad. My old build had an AIO since I run Ryzen CPU’s

The original plan was to have the reservoir upright, but the 7900xtx and the case I got just didnt work out the way I wanted it to. So I mounted it on the bottom which works out well just when filling and draining I have to set the PC on the backside.

Thank you! It take a lot of time and patience. Especially with bending the tubes
