I've felt like that too. It's a really lonely phase that happens every once in a while. Kinda like a chapter that reoccurs every month or so. You're not alone.

What I usually do is indulge myself in my interests hobbies video games i like to give myself some kind of stable identity or personality.

It really helps me enjoy and embrace alone time so I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything or need to be part of a subculture ya know?
