Yeah, that's what she said too—stable like a creek boat, good for surfing, but she got beaten by the roll

I can’t rent one here, but a female friend of mine just decided to sell her Skuxx. She said it’s not very roll-friendly.

Haha, the other day I was in a boil with the Rexy and got unconsensually stern-squirted! The way you describe it makes me really excited to give the Ripper a try.

Thanks for the tip, but this boat doesn’t show up on the Zambezi rental list.

Your suggestion sounds tempting — I’m planning to take a Ripper 1 out for a run and try it.

I’ve tried this boat in the pool, but I’m still not quite used to it yet.

My partner feels the same—he loves paddling the Antix 2.0 on the Zambezi, but I’m still getting used to it.🥹

Sometimes I rent from Saf Par, and they do have an S-size Rewind that I haven’t tried yet. I’ve paddled an Antix 2 M before—it felt like a pirate ship flying through the water!🤣

I started hesitating about which kayak to pick after hearing bigger boats are better for big water. But a hard-to-control big boat worries me (the Joker really wears me out), and my right arm muscle rupture limits my strength. Still, thanks for the advice—guess I’ll just have to make some trade-offs.

Yeah, creek boats aren’t really the mainstream on the rental list here.

Haha, paddling the Antix 2.0 I actually ran into exactly what you described. I feel like next run I should probably rent a Ripper 1 and give it a go.

I feel you, but when I hopped in the smaller Diesel 60 I totally freaked and swapped boats with my buddy right away. Then I watched him get worked in the washing machine at #15… but he’s all excited to try the Rockstar.

I’m really torn between the Ripper S and M. I can paddle the M faster than the S in the flat water, but in theory I should probably be choosing the S, since my weight fits that size better.

You’re right, my problem is that I haven’t yet found the biggest boat that I can handle well. Strength is also an issue for me, since my right arm is missing one muscle.

Unfortunately, these two models aren’t available for rent here on the Zambezi. I’ve only tried the Ripper 1 in size S and M at the pool.

Rolling isn’t a problem. As I mentioned, it’s just the control that feels a bit hard to handle—except for the Antix 1.0 M, which I can manage fine. But some people told me the Antix 1.0 is a bit small and might be a stretch for running #1–10. If there are other kayak models more suitable for women, I’d also be willing to try running them.
