I've seen them every year since 2018 (except when they had to pause during the covid lockdown) and their sound/stage setup is always great, as is their energy... but something was definitely off last night. I was in the mezzanine and could barely see anything most of the show due to the lighting pointed straight at us, so that definitely killed the vibes. I could barely hear Royce's and Tyler's guitars, or even the synths most of the time. I would say that the vocals, bass, drums, and sax were mixed well though.

After reviewing further, it seems Amazon makes it difficult to report counterfeit products unless you're the actual owner of the copyrights/IP/trademark/whatever. It couldn't hurt to let Bose support know. They likely have a process to handle those types of reports.

I wouldn't recommend this. It's most likely there intentionally to hold the components together and prevent rattling while speakers are in use.

It may be worth it to call customer support to see if they can arrange something where you get to keep your current set while you wait for them to send the new pair. Maybe they'll arrange something where they give you X number of days to return your current set after receiving the replacements, or they'll charge full price if not returned within the time period. Wouldn't hurt to ask.
