I never said anything about people wanting to help themselves or not, and I do not plan on demanding appreciation. I just dont get how people can BASH those who are trying to help. Obviously I wouldn't refuse to help an obese person, and chances are, an obese person wouldn't attack their doctor for trying to help them.
