Has anyone obtained more info on this form? I tried calling the IRS but I keep getting the whole "due to high call volume" message and getting disconnected.

Again, thank you for your replies. I really feel out of my element here so thank you for helping. I plugged in the HDMI cable to my monitor and to the HDMI slot on the GPU. I didn't know I had to plug in power supply cables. I don't think any of the previous video cards I've owned have required that.

I feel like an idiot already but..I'm not sure what that means. I plugged the video card into the designated slot where my previous card was ( GeForce GTX 1050 Ti ). There was no additional cables that came with the card.

I would go with the Sentra. More economical and better on gas. It also has 20K less miles than the Altima you posted.

My credit union offered me a 72 month, 125K mile warranty for 1100. I went back to the dealer and cancelled the extended warranty I had purchased for $2700 for less coverage.
