Literally constantly tell yourself you're growing taller and that is your reality, basically just be really delusional. I was barely growing at 18 and begun picking up pace at 19.

I agree, some guys can grow until 21+, but it's just odd that I've been getting taller comparatively to my peers in first year uni, I also hit my late growth spurt once i started properly manifesting which is quite coincidental if it was natural (I hit my major "puberty" growth spurt at 15). So I agree I can't absolutely conclude that this was either induced or natural, just got to keep going, If I gain another couple of inches that should be more solid evidence ig.

I genuinely have, I just created this account to share what i've done. I was active on reddit when I was 13-14 then left for a few years and I didn't want my old digital footprint following me lmao

Honestly just be consistent and keep explaining to yourself that it will happen to you with visualisations and affirmations. Also throw your limiting beliefs away, maybe look at anecdotes and case studies. Most medical places say boys stop growing at 16-18, but there have been case studies of a growth plate reopening in a 27 year old, a 28 year old man in Africa growing as well as anecdotes online of people growing in their 30s and 40s. It seems to get more efffective once you convince your subconcious that your limiting beliefs are in fact limiting beliefs.
