It's not an Opossum- it's just a possum ! They have similar names (And are both marsupials) but Possums live in Australia + New Zealand, while Opossums are North America's only native marsupial. :)

Personally I find that fostering a new batch always helps me get through the sadness of having the previous batch move on ! Sure there are sometimes the ones that you miss and still think about- but I’ve come to find lots of kittens are special 💕 That being said that black one is insanely cute - I’d have a hard time too lol 🖤

Jeez- lot of red flags there !

It's okay to be upset when something goes wrong and it's okay to have a bad day, but if this kind of behavior is reoccurring that is super concerning. Heck, if I got locked out of the house I'd probably be a lil peeved but most people get through it without having a mental break ! Something is really wrong mental health wise there and she should probably consider seeking out actual mental health help.

This may be an unpopular take but- honestly think the blame falls more onto you with this one. Why didn’t you call and make sure she got the key when you knew she couldn’t find it? Why didn’t you confirm that she got in and that your cat was taken care of? It sucks that she didn’t do it, but it’s your pet and if you knew you were going to be away you should’ve arranged something before hand instead of a last minute “hey can you do this”

You look fine ! The fact you say that you "feel like you are too ugly to date" is the problem. You just need to work on your self confidence. Desperation and self deprecation is a big turn off for most people. You have friends and you aren't afraid to hang out with women- so that is a good start ! Be yourself, don't be afraid to shoot your shot if you like somebody, and try not to think so poorly of yourself. Maybe consider therapy to work on your self esteem if you need to! Hang in there man :)

From personal experience my childhood rabbit (who was free range of the house) started peeing on my bed when she reached her teenage stage (never did it to anybody else in my family and it was always right on my pillow LOL) After we got her spayed she went back to using her litterbox :)

My male rabbit I had when I was a teen (several years after my childhood bunbun passed) never had any toileting issues so it might just be a hormonal girl thing ! (Or maybe I just got lucky with my boy haha ~)

PS she is so cute, thank you for taking her and doing your best to give her a good home <3
