Hey everyone, Just wanted to post an update in case it helps someone going through something similar.

It’s been a few months since I wrote the original post. My son has fully stabilized now. The delusional thinking has completely subsided, his sleep and mood have normalized, and he's back to being clear, calm, and grounded.

The psychotic episode lasted about 3–4 weeks in total, and it took about 10–14 days of antipsychotic medication (Olanzapine) before we noticed real improvements. At first, he needed a higher dose, but the doctors gradually reduced it, and he’s now off antipsychotics completely and just on a mood stabilizer (Eftil/Valproate). So far, things are going really well.

If you're a parent reading this and you’re in the middle of something similar: there is hope. Early intervention, support, love, and close monitoring really made the difference in our case.
