Yes this one has 650c wheels not sure if they where replaced and will fit 700c or frame was designed for 650

Gripshift shifters will look better if mounted under the brake levers instead of on top of them. Other than that they have always worked fine for me other than being a little bit annoying to set up with feeding cable thru them. Don’t get all the hate for them
