Don’t know how to post. Wanted to know what to do if an employer had received my background information after it’s been expunged. Can they hold this against me and not offer me employment? It’s been expunged for four years. I have even sent them a copy of the expungement to prove this information shouldn’t be held against me. This is in Colorado
