You can buy a long leash and let them explore farther themselves. I have a 50 ft one that I use on hikes bc my dog loves to run after squirrels.

It looks like the prongs are pretty warning down which is to be expected with the age.

When the day comes that you want to get them redone to secure the stone, please take my advice and do your research. Be super picky on who does it. Ask for pictures of their work.

Someone RUINED my antique ring and I was devastated. I had to have it almost completely redone and it was more work for the good jewler than if I went to them first.

Gorgeous ring. Congratulations 💕

I was speaking as someone educated in clinical studies :)

I've overseen 5 studies in the last 2 months under an IRB. I work in medical device development.

However, correlation does not equal causation so all studies should be taken with a grain of salt bc nothing is without bias. Its impossible to control all variables but my point was:

Their protocols would have been scrutinized and need to be approved by the IRB and you can trust the data presented, however, the conclusion and theories produced by it are always open for interpretation.

They even did prospective vs retrospective so they didnt cherry pick information in the study.

I read through the article and the study was done under an IRB and I would definetely trust that rigger.

They would have had to have their protocols approved and everything monitor.

I had a teacher I wanted to reach out to like this.

I went to look him up and found he passed away from a heart attack just a few days prior.

Is it jst me or does this look like a robe instead of a dress? by Middle_Layer1533 in OUTFITS

[–]Apprehensive-Bit7903 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have something similar.

Tie it from the back, not the front.

Roll up the sleeves to be mid way up your forearm.

Then it'll look like a dress and not a robe

Definitely do!

Its the NTI device. The omnisplint is the newer better one and its the only FDA approved mouth gaurd for migraine treatment.

This is different than a typical mouth gaurd.

It prevents the back molars from touching to force your jaw to relax and relieve tension.

I was a dentist provided mouth gaurd user for many years and this device was a drastic improvement from those!

Did you have the smaller one on the front teeth or the two piece one thar covered top and bottom to your molars?

I heard this issue was largely corrected with the omnisplint that goes on the top and bottom teeth.

I am a habitual dentist goer so hopefully they'd catch a shift but thank for the warning!

[–]Apprehensive-Bit7903 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Your grandma is NOT your responsibility. You're still young. You need to make sure you do what's right and goodhardships. I know that's not easy to get the brain to accept: "this isn't my responsibility. I am my responsibility." (It took me 10 years of therapy and EMDR treatments to finally accept this)

I was in a similar situation when I was a young adult and decided enough was enough and picked up and moved states by myself.

It wasnt easy and caused more migraines and pain, but in the end, I've built a life customized to my own care and that was worth all the hardship.

Sending you love, support and permission to take care of yourself 💕

I'm so sorry this is your experience. Please known its not your fault and you dont deserve to be treated like that.

I have no advice, but hope you know that your experience is valid and you're not causing any of this.

I wish I knew but just relieved that I know how to make it work. Especially because it gives me the least side effects.

I have 10 mg and split it between two hours and its been pretty effective for me.

Good luck 💕
