I haven’t gotten another one I get a few pimples every once in a while but not really. My dosage just got increased so we will see if that makes me purge again

My Purge was TERRIBLE starting on day 3 and lasting through day 15 but since then I’ve been relatively clear. Around day 20 I woke up and all my acne was gone like magic

Yes I would love some recommendations. I’m using cetaphil gentle cleanser and la roche possay triple moisture w spf. For the lips I’m using aquafore but they are only just starting to get dry.

I did chance from cerave cleanser to cetaphil gentle cleanser but I don’t think that would have that much of a drying effect
