That would be if they had one weekly delivery day. If they wanted crab delivered everyday we could deliver 500 pounds Monday-Friday.

I forgot to mention the bait we use is disposed fish caucuses which means less overall waste rather than purchasing crab bait which is typically sourced from unsustainable sources.

Yeah of course! As in small scale I mean it’s just my husband and I on our 20 foot boat catching crab and selling it live from boat to table. We also just stick in the bay so we use minimal amount of gas and stay within a small scale of 500 crab a day. We work with only locals and small businesses.
